Eyelid and Brow Lift | Before and After

Patient Case #314

Before: The “bagginess” of the lower eyelids was due to depression of the tear troughs (see arrow) and not due to excess fat in the lower eyelids. Removal of the fat would give the appearance of hollowness of the lower eyelids. This was treated with fat and stem cell injection which made the “bagginess” disappear.

Patient Case #317

Before: there were too much skin and fat in the upper and lower eyelids. After: appearance after excess skin and fat were removed from the upper and lower eyelids.

Patient Case #320

Before: There was marked amount of excess skin with some excess fat in the upper eyelids, mild drooping of the eyebrows.
After: Appearance after removal of excess skin and fat. The patient did not want to have the brows lifted. Notice that the brows are too low, and there is asymmetry in the upper eyelids. This would have been corrected by a brow lift.

Patient Case #343

Before: There was asymmetry of the eyebrows with the left side lower than the right. When fully opened there was drooping of the eyelids with the left side being worse than the left (ptosis). There was excess skin as well. After: appearance after removal of excess skin, correction of the ptosis and browlift.

Patient Case #351

Before: The bagginess in the lower eyelids was due to fat deposits. The skin is not loose. After: The excess fat in the lower eyelids was removed via an incision inside the lower eyelids. There was no skin incision.
